How does US Standard Shipping work?
If your order is above $75.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is $4.00 for the first item and $2.00 per each additional items. Your package will arrive within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. ( It takes us 2-7 working to process your orders and another 2-7 working days to ship your package)If your order is shipped on a trackable service, we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
How does International Shipping work?
After your order has been printed within 2-7 business days, your package will be shipped out for delivery. International Shipments take approximately 14 business days for delivery. So your order is always estimated to arrive within 21 business days.
International shipments originate through USPS (the United States Postal Service.) Once they leave the United States, they are handled by the postal system of the country listed for delivery.
My order hasn't arrived yet, could you tell me where it is?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is to type the tracking code and view your order.
I’m missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
What do I do if I receive a wrong/faulty item in my order?
If you have received wrong item or the item is damaged when you open the package, please take a picture and send it to our Customer Care team. Our team will arrange replacement item to you free of charge.
